Design
The CCM Super Tacks Hockey Girdle is a high end, customizable fitting girdle that offers premier protection. The stretch Lycra base has segmented HD foam and PE inserts sewn into it in all areas to keep you protected and the snug fit makes sure it's close to your body at all times.
Hip Protection
The JDP hip caps are free moving from the rest of the girdle which enables them to float against your hips at all times to better disperse impacts away from your joint. The caps are backed with HD foam as well to absorb more of the impacts. CCM also uses a two-piece Thigh guard backed with added slash protection to wrap around your leg. These pads are fastened with an elastic strap to enable you to adjust the pad tighter or looser around your leg based on your preference.
Spine Protection
The spine protector features a molded PE foam and a CCM shield to protect against any impacts, slashes and crosschecks. The kidney guards also feature a removable and molded plastic insert with foam backings for comfort.
Fit/Adjustability
This CCM hockey girdle provides a snug fit. To fasten the girdle a dual internal cinch belt tightens at the front to make sure the girdle is tight at the waist and does not slip of rotate. As an added feature, the front of the lycra base offers an area to fasten your CCM Edge Hockey Socks to, and reduce the need for a garter belt. As well, the thigh guards adjust in length with a Velcro adjustment for growing players.
